WASHINGTON -- Myanmar's threats against veteran prodemocracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi show the military-backed government has not changed despite elections in November that were widely dismissed as a fraud, the United States said Monday."Burma claims there is a new era, but it is up to its old tricks by threatening Aung San Suu Kyi.
